Youth Training at HP Fitness (Ages 10–14)

Our Youth Training Program is designed specifically for kids aged 10–14. It focuses on building strength, coordination, cardiovascular health, confidence, working as a team, and healthy habits in a safe, supportive, and fun environment.

This is not adult training scaled down. Every session is age-appropriate, coach-led, and built to help young people move well, feel strong, and enjoy being active.
