“After going to university to study and with my experience racing I am now invested in helping other athletes reach their goals and excel in their sport.  I find I have an exceptional understanding of our athletes with what they are put through with training & racing. It’s not all about knowing the science on paper but understanding how to relate it to a race or sport. “

“The reason I wanted to pursue this line of work is because I believe everybody should have the ability to perfect their mental skills as it is such a big aspect in sport no matter what sport you are in. I think that is the most important part of creating a better sportsman/woman because if you can’t deal with pressure it doesn’t matter how good your physical skills are. By improving your mental game effectively you are creating an athlete that is more resilient, motivated and driven to a goal whilst building a successful strategy in how they would best cope under pressure. I understand that every one is different, everyone functions and works a different way which is why it is important to find strategies that are best for you and not someone else.”
